In the rare event a branch manager cannot address an issue to the customer’s complete satisfaction, our toll-free Customer Satisfaction Hotline is ready to help. Customers can simply call 1-888-492-1047 and they will be connected to the people who can best assist them.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
We want to ensure that the Town & Country buying experience – from initial order to final invoice – surpasses what our customers expect from their preferred supplier. That’s why we routinely contact customers and ask them to tell us how we’re doing.
We’re grateful to all of the customers who take a few moments to complete our telephone and written customer satisfaction surveys. Their feedback allows us to measure our performance and continually improve our service. Their comments, suggestions and criticisms tell us we’re doing well, let us know what we can do better, and spark many of the new programs, services and initiatives we introduce.
