Town & Country Industries began as, and continues to be, a family owned and operated business. In 1957, a small hardware store called Town & Country started to expand into the sale and installation of aluminum awnings, storm panels, fences, and screen rooms. During the sixties, a manufacturing division was opened and the hardware division was sold. As we entered the seventies, our primary focus became the selling of extrusions, screen and other items on a wholesale basis. The retail division was sold and Town & Country became strictly a wholesale and manufacturing organization.

During the eighties the territories we serviced grew considerably. We opened our first Patio branch in Ft. Myers in 1987, and in January 1992, we opened T&C Metals, our Industrial division, which stocks a full line of standard industrial shapes, as well as custom extrusions. In August 1998, we opened our second Patio branch in Tampa along with it’s own manufacturing facility. In 2001, we opened a new branch in Orlando, and the Pensacola branch was opened in March 2004 to serve north Florida and the southeastern states. In April 2005, Town and Country Industries was acquired by ABC Supply Inc., America's leading full-service roofing and siding supplier. Today, we have over 30 locations in 4 states, and over 300 associates ready to serve our customers.

Over the years we have expanded our product lines to include Aluminum extrusions (both patio and industrial), screen, roofing, building products, vinyl siding and soffit, and Dade County approved hurricane protection.

Although Town & Country has grown in size, the basis of our business has remained unchanged. Our business was built on prompt and efficient service and quality products at a fair price. The stability of ownership and track record of growth and innovation make Town & Country an excellent place to pursue a long-term career.
