Maximizing Associate Engagement With the Q12

ABC Supply teamed up with The Gallup Organization to participate in the Gallup Q12 survey to maximize associate engagement. Gallup’s rigorous research has identified 12 questions that measure associate engagement and link it to relevant business outcomes including retention, productivity, profitability, customer engagement, and safety. These questions -- the Q12 -- measure dimensions that leaders, managers and associates can influence.

By using the Q12 survey, ABC and T&C can improve productivity levels, develop higher levels of customer engagement, increase retention of our best associates, and improve profitability while reducing on-the-job accident rates and healthcare costs. This assessment is offered twice a year – once in the spring and once in the fall. After the results are distributed to our workforce, monthly meetings are held to discuss the results and formulate action plans to make our work place better.
