If you're interested, or maybe even concerned, about benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, planning for your retirement, etc., you'll be happy to learn that T&C offers a great benefit package!  We give our associates the ability to select from a comprehensive list of benefits, while making it easy for them to enroll.  This allows our associates to choose the specific benefits they want based on their individual and/or family needs.

* The information on this site offers only a brief overview of the benefits available to eligible T&C associates.  A description of the benefit provisions, conditions and limitations is provided to associates upon hire and associates are able to view the Summary Plan Documents in Associate Services upon request.  In the event of a conflict between this site and the plan documents or policies, the plan documents or policies will govern.  T&C has the right to amend or terminate these benefits at any time.
