I’ve been with Town & Country for over two years as Marketing Manager.  I’m given the opportunity everyday to do what I do best, which is handling all of the Town & Country’s creative Marketing & Advertising designs and concepts.  Town & Country has a lot of good people working for us and I’m proud to be a part of this team and that I am able to make a difference everyday in it’s growing success.

I started working for Town & Country Industries in June 1999 as an inside sales associate. Then I was given the opportunity to become a Satellite Branch Manager in Melbourne with 5 associates working with me. Today I am currently the Pensacola Main Branch manager with 15 associates plus the Montgomery Satellite branch part of my territoy. I love getting up to go to work in the morning knowing that I’m going to a company that values me as an associate. Working for a company where I know that I have a career and not just a job is what makes T&C a great place to work.

I have worked for Town & Country for over 5 years and have been in the aluminum business for 35. Town & Country is the first company I have worked for that really cares about their associates. T&C lets us know that we matter, and that is a great feeling. It was also wonderful when ABC Supply purchased us and had the same care for its associates and continues to be a great company to work for. I love our customers, and since most of them have known me all these years, they are like family.  The people that I work with here in Ft. Myers are the best. We all get along and we all help each other get the job done.  It just doesn't get any better than this job.

When I was interviewing for a job at Town and Country in 1993, I was told that the company was growing and that if I had initiative there would be advancement opportunities. Boy, was that true!

I worked inside sales in Ft Lauderdale for 5 years and was promoted to outside sales when Town and Country opened a branch in Tampa. I had the pleasure of starting a new territory from scratch and helping it grow into a success. Our team in Tampa was first class and included several associates who are now part of the Town & Country management team, as well as many other great associates. I remember one day just walking through the warehouse and looking at the sheer size of the operation and felt a great deal of pride that I had been a part of that unbelievably fast growth.

I'm now part of our shutter program, and I feel just as much pride working with this team as I did working with the Tampa team. With changing codes and insurance requirements this business will continue to grow, and once again I am proud to be part of it.

I started with Town & Country Industries in 1994 as an outside sales associate. Because of my success in sales, in 2001 I was given the opportunity to become the Branch Manager for our new branch opening in Orlando. After growing the new territory, I was promoted in 2007 to the East Coast District Manager with responsibility for 12 branches.

It is a source of pride for me; knowing that I have a career with not only the largest, but the finest company in the aluminum industry. I know that Town & Country Industries values me as a person, as an employee, and as an integral part of the team.
