In 1957 a small hardware store called TOWN & COUNTRY started to expand into the sale and installation of aluminum awnings, storm panels, fences and screen rooms. During the sixties, a manufacturing division was opened and the hardware division was sold. As we entered the seventies, our primary focus became the selling of extrusions, screen and other items on a wholesale basis. The retail division was sold and TOWN &  COUNTRY became strictly a wholesale and manufacturing organization.
During the eighties the territories we serviced grew considerably. 

We opened our first Patio branch in Ft. Myers in 1987, and in January of 1992, we opened an Industrial division, T & C METALS, which stocks a full line of standard industrial shapes, as well as custom extrusions. In August of 1998 we opened our second Patio branch in Tampa along with it’s own manufacturing facility. In 2001 we opened a new branch in Orlando which delivers to the Orlando/Daytona area. Branch Pensacola was opened in March 2004 and is serving north Florida area together with other southern states. In 2005 the manufacture location has been and it is located in Pompano Beach. Our 2 newest branched Melbourne and Port Charlotte were opened in 2005 and provide service to customers in central-east and west cost of Florida.

Over the years we have expanded our product lines to include Aluminum Extrusions (both Patio and Industrial), Screen, Roofing, Building Products, Vinyl Siding and Soffit and Hurricane Protection; Dade County approved. We deliver from Key West to Daytona, Marco Island to Crystal River, Lakeland and Orlando to Ocala.

Although TOWN & COUNTRY has grown in size, the basis of our business has remained unchanged. Our business has been built on prompt efficient service and quality products at a fair price.
In April of 2005 Town and Country Industries has been acquired by ABC Supply Inc. America's leading full-service roofing and siding supplier.
