When we first opened our doors as a small hardware store in 1957, our main clients consisted of one-and two-man operations working out of pickup trucks. Today, we are a nationally recognized manufacturer and distributor of wholesale aluminum and building products. We proudly serve a growing clientele that ranges from small companies, like the ones that gave us our start, to well-known Fortune 500 corporations.
At Town & Country Industries, our mission is to manufacture and distribute the highest quality Exterior Building Products, Patio Products, Hurricane Protection and Industrial Metal Shapes. We currently serve our customers with four distinct divisions: Building Products, Patio Products, Hurricane Protection, and Industrial Metals. Our inventory features a wide range of competitively priced products, including patio and screen enclosures, shutters and storm panels, industrial metals, building products, vinyl siding, impact windows and doors, railings and fence, decking, sunrooms, roofing—all made by trusted manufacturers.
In addition, Town & Country Industries has been a division of ABC Supply Co. Inc., the country’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing, siding and windows, since 2005. This acquisition has allowed us to continue to focus on our associates, and our product lines and still provide the greatest customer service available in the business.

To help us routinely measure our associates’ engagement and continually improve our workplace, we implemented the Gallup Q12 Survey, a confidential questionnaire that is administered every six months to our associates on a voluntary basis. It is just one of the many tools we use to make sure we are doing our very best in meeting the needs of our associates.
To that end, we have a Service Assurance System program, a proprietary process that ensures Town & Country Industries is measured against our Committed 2 You philosophy. This means we continually strive to provide nothing less than world-class customer service at all times. We welcome and encourage our customers to take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), which asks about topics important to them, including questions about our products and our prices. Much like our Q12 Survey, the CSS is conducted by a third-party vendor and generates scorecards detailing where each branch can improve and where we excel.
Another Committed 2 You initiative is our Customer Satisfaction Hotline. We want to hear what our customers have to say, no matter the subject matter. For those who want to share any positive or negative comments or address unresolved issues, we have a dedicated toll-free hotline available at 1-866-327-7445. Branch managers equipped to efficiently handle most problems within two days support this national hotline. Some unresolved issues might be appropriately delegated to a district manager for resolution.
